Making Appointments

  • No referrals are required.
  • Appointments are generally between 8am & 6pm Monday to Friday however other times may be available by negotiation.
  • Appointments can be made here on the contact page.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged.
  • Those made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the usual fee (emergencies and sudden illness excepted).
  • Non attendance without a cancellation phone call will be charged the full fee.
  • Clients can request a reminder text for their appointments.

Emergencies

  • Clients who wish to make urgent contact with me can do so by phone. Please be sure to mention the urgency of your message when you do this.
  • I check my messages between 8 and 6 Monday to Friday.
  • I will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible however please be aware that this may not be immediately.
  • Messages left outside of my usual hours will not be checked until business hours unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Fees: 

  • The fee for a 55 minute appointment is
    • standard $198,
    • Health Care Card holders $99.
  • Other than in exceptional circumstances, the full fee is required to be paid at the time of the appointment.
  • Acceptable methods of payment are
    • Cash,
    • bank transfer,
    • Paypal.
  • We don’t participate in govt or private rebate schemes.
  • It is not the aim of this practice to add to your financial hardship. If you are experiencing genuine difficulty meeting the cost of therapy, please discuss this with me.
